Cancel your subscription

Cancel from Settings › Billing in a few clicks. Access ends right away: campaigns are paused, LinkedIn accounts disconnected and credits reset to 0.

You can cancel your subscription yourself in Settings › Billing. Cancelling stops all future payments and ends your access immediately, not at the end of the month or of the free trial: your campaigns are paused, your LinkedIn accounts are disconnected from useArtemis and your credits go to 0.

Tip: Once you cancel, the app is locked. If you want a copy of your leads, export them before you cancel. See Export your leads.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Open Settings › Billing (https://app.useartemis.co/settings/billing).

  2. Click Cancel subscription, at the bottom left of your plan.

  3. Tell us why under Why are you canceling? (required) and, if you like, add a comment under Anything else?. Click Continue.

The Cancel your subscription window with the Why are you canceling? and Anything else? fields, Keep my plan and Continue

  4. You may be shown a one-time offer to stay (Wait, we have an offer for you). Click Accept the offer to keep your subscription with the offer, or Decline and cancel to cancel now. The offer is only shown once.

The Wait, we have an offer for you window: today's price, the price with the offer, Decline and cancel and Accept the offer

  5. Otherwise, a last screen sums up what happens. Click Cancel subscription to confirm, or Keep my plan to change your mind.

A Subscription canceled notice confirms that your access has ended and you won't be charged again, then the app shows Your account is inactive.

The Your account is inactive window with Choose a plan and Log out

If you can't see Cancel subscription, your subscription details couldn't be loaded or the subscription is already cancelled. Email hello@useartemis.co from the address of your account and we'll cancel it for you.

What happens when you cancel

Right away:

  • No more payments. During the free trial, the trial ends and you aren't charged.
  • Campaigns are paused. Running campaigns stop sending.
  • LinkedIn accounts are disconnected from useArtemis. Nothing changes on your LinkedIn account itself. Automatic AI replies stop as well.
  • Credits go to 0.
  • Teams you own are deactivated, so their members can't use them anymore.
  • The app is locked behind the Your account is inactive screen. From there you can pick a plan (Choose a plan), open a workspace of an active team you belong to, or log out.

Cancelling doesn't delete your lists, leads or campaigns.

If your subscription is cancelled through Paddle instead (for example with a cancel link from Paddle), the effect is the same.

Warning: Cancelling only stops future payments. The current month isn't refunded automatically. For a billing question, email hello@useartemis.co.

Come back later

You can subscribe again whenever you want, but without a second free trial.

  1. Click Choose a plan on the Your account is inactive screen (or go to https://useartemis.co/pricing) and pick a plan.
  2. Pay in the Paddle checkout. Your plan and its monthly credits come back with the payment.
  3. Go to LinkedIn accounts and reconnect your accounts. Your campaigns keep using the same accounts once they're reconnected. See Reconnect a LinkedIn account.
  4. Resume your campaigns from Campaigns. See Pause and resume a campaign.

Teams you owned stay deactivated after you subscribe again. Email hello@useartemis.co and we'll turn them back on.

FAQ

Can I keep using useArtemis until the end of the month I paid for?

No. Access ends as soon as the subscription is cancelled, whatever the date.

If I cancel during the free trial, will I be charged?

No. The trial ends at once and the card you added isn't charged.

Is my data deleted when I cancel?

Cancelling doesn't delete your lists, leads or campaigns, but you can't open them while your account has no plan. Export what you need before cancelling.

Can I get the free trial again if I come back?

No. The free trial is only for accounts that never had a subscription.
