You can export two types of results from LinkedIn Sales Navigator to a CSV file: Searches and Lists.

Searches are the results you see after conducting a search on Sales Navigator, while Lists are found in the "Leads" tab and are essentially where you save your leads.

This article focuses on exporting a LinkedIn Sales Navigator list to a CSV file, but the process is the same for a search.

Start by making a search on LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

In this example, we'll search for "CEO."

Next, click on "Select all" and "Save to list." Create a new lead list or save your leads to an existing one; either option works.

Once your leads are saved to your Sales Navigator lead list, go to > Leads and select the list you just added your leads to.

In this example, it's 'Samuel's Lead List'.

Now, open the list and launch the Chrome extension you installed earlier.

Give your exported list a name and choose the number of pages to export if you have more than one page of results in your list.

We recommend not exporting more than eight pages at once.
